Ardew Wood Products in the Community

For more than 40 years Ardew Wood Products has maintained a strong community presence in Merritt, playing an integral role in the Nicola Valley both as an employer and a responsible corporate citizen.

Ardew Wood Products proudly supports organizations such as:

Rotary Clubs of Merritt, our donations have contributed to many projects within the community and internationally.
Adopt A Road program, Our team cleans a section of highway each year.
Annually, we sponsor a student participant in the Youth Ambassador Program at the Upper Nicola Band.
Each year, Ardew, with staff and employees, provide a Bursary to a graduating Highschool student who plans on continuing their education.
Ardew Wood Products, together with staff and employees, contribute to the local food bank, community programs or other charity, through funds raised at our annual Christmas Party.

We actively participate in local events and support recreation programs in Merritt, such as the annual tug of war contest at Canada Day celebrations, sponsoring of a employee baseball team and subsidizing employee use of the local aquatic and fitness center. Ardew makes cash or product donations to help in family crisis situations or other organization programs.
